• Developer must register condo land at the office for the Registration of Condominiums (Registration Office) under the Ministry of Construction
• This is the relevant office for registration land as Collectively-Owned Land

Collectively-owned land = land belonging to all collective owners upon which the Condominium + common property and located

The land must be

• Capable of transferable ownership;
• At least 20,000 square feet and
• Of a type that may be utilized for housing development.
